Our company (located in Shibuya, Tokyo) has completed the acquisition of the cosmetic brand UNEVEN from Reservoir Co., Ltd. (located in Shibuya, Tokyo) as of February this year.
As a result, we have taken over all operations, intangible assets, and employees of Reservoir Co., Ltd.’s UNEVEN brand. Moving forward, we aim to further develop the UNEVEN brand, leveraging our experience in brand planning and OEM manufacturing, which are our core business areas.
